Course overview:

This course covers planning for single implant surgical guides, healing abutments, provisional crowns, and temporary restorations. Dr. Justina Teo of Advanced Dental Artistry will guide you through each step, from case assessment to final printing, with opportunities to apply the concepts using your own cases.

Course outlines:

• Hands-on surgical guide design (wizard mode) with Blue Sky Plan.
• Hands-on surgical guide design (advanced mode) with Blue Sky Plan.
• Hands-on surgical guide design practice (anterior and posterior teeth).
• Printing of guides
• Single provisional implant crown design.
• Nesting guide (hands-on practice).
• Finishing surgical guide and provisional implant crown.

Prerequisites:

• Basic knowledge of implant dentistry concepts and terminology.
• Familiarity with digital dental software is beneficial but not required.
