Dear ADDA course participants,

We are grateful for your decision to enrol in our courses at Australian Digital Dentistry Academy (ADDA). We recognise that schedules may evolve, so we encourage you to familiarise yourself with our cancellation and refund policy and guidelines detailed below. Thank you for choosing the Australian Digital Dentistry Academy (DDA). When you register for our courses, it’s a commitment to attend, be it in person or online. While we know unforeseen circumstances can arise, full refunds are possible only if we can find someone from our waitlist to take your spot.

In the event of course cancellation, and upon securing a replacement participant, you will be presented with the following options:

  1. Transfer your enrolment to a subsequent course in the future;
  2. Retain a credit in your account for future courses;
  3. Initiative a refund process (outlined below)

Refund terms (in-person or online events):

  • If we find a replacement, your refund will be processed to your credit card within 5 working days.
  • Cancellations more than 90 days before the event: 80% refund or 100% transfer.
  • Cancellations between 45 and 90 days before the event: 50% refund or 100% transfer.
  • Cancellations less than 45 days before the event: No refund; your registration fee is non-transferable.

Note:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using the email address associated with your order.
  • There’s a 5% non-refundable fee for refunds within our policy guidelines. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing refunds.
Course changes by ADDA:

If we cancel or reschedule a course due to low capacity, we may offer a full refund or transfer. While we try to give notice, we’re not responsible for penalties imposed by airlines or hotels.

Refund processing time:

Once processed, refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect on your billing statement.

Media release:

By attending ADDA events, participants grant permission for the use of images, video and audio for training and event announcements across different media platforms.
